4-6-2016 egg tart


Egg content
110g sugar( too sweet , will reduce next time)
Water 300ml
3 eggs
Evaporated milk (can) 110 ml

Mix sugar and warm water together, let the sugar melt with water
Mix evaporated milk and egg together

Cool down sugar water and mix into milk/egg mixture.

Pour onto egg pastry



220c for 10-15 mins
Then 
180c for another 10-15 mins 

Done
