The making of 蘿蔔糕

1 條蘿蔔
臘腸,臘肉,冬菇,瑤注,蝦米適量
100g 沾米粉
1/4 湯匙粟粉
150ml water
麻油適量
White pepper 適量

 蘿蔔炮絲

準備材料,切粒

沾米粉mix with water,粟粉,麻油,salt,pepper

炒香臘腸,瑤主,蝦米-𠒇起
再下蘿蔔,炒下,然後下mixed 嘅沾米粉mix


𠒇炒然後放下盤中蒸50mins

完成品

放下蔥,蒸一蒸就ok
