8 days to go till my last day

I have been working in this company for 1 yr and almost 3 months.

I pretty enjoy working in this company..... large organisation, good working environment, nice colleagues, great career path/development, high degree of flexibility.....etc.....However, I have to leave this company......>< (little bit sad)...... because Wellington is not my home town, my family/friends are not in Wellington......

In the post, I would like to thanks my best ever colleague Trevor!!! He's like my father......always look after me, teach and talk to me.....We Laugh/teasing each other everyday~!~~~

Lemonade SCONE

One of my favour savoury is "SCONE"~~ I like SCONE very much~~

I searched the web and I found a blogger, she makes nice scones......and posted a video....

It can be made by Lemonade~~ very interesting.... , using "7-up", "Sprint"...etc,

So, I try it Today~~

Ingredients

3 cups self-rinsing flour

1 cup cream

1 cup lemonade

Simple and easy~~

Oven:220deg, 15 mins

I have eaten 2 scones immediately after baking.

Yummy and delicious~~
