I have a few experiences on making bread.....
It's a time to post the ingredients and the procedure of making bread..
Ingredients
A) 2 teaspoons sugar + 1/4 cup warm water + 2 teaspoons dry yeast
B) 3 cups High grade flour
C) Heat 1 1/4 cup Milk + 2 teaspoons sugar+2 teaspoons salt + 25g melt butter
D) 1 Egg yolk
Step 1.

Step 2.
Place the flour (B) in a bowl and make a well, put the Yeast mixture (A) + Egg yolk (D) + Milk Mixture (C) and Mix all together.

Step 3.
Place the dough on the bench , knead for 7 minutes, then put the dough into the slightly grease bowl

Step 4.
Cover the bowl by a towel and store it in a warm place for 1 hour (I put it in the oven+hot water next to it)

I extended to further 15 minutes. (1hr 15 min total)......it has risen a bit ^__^.
Then, punch the dough and place it on the beach

Step 5.
Make the round shapes

Step 6.
After finished making the shapes, brush with beaten egg, place in the oven again for 30 mins......Raise much now

Step 7.
Put it in the oven at 230 deg for 12 min

Step 8.
I put the sultana inside, it looks good and yummy......好軟熟呀 ^__^
